Church of the Assumption
Church of the Assumption (성모(聖母) 몽소승천(蒙召昇天)교회
1786년 Captain Francis Light를 따르던 Eurasians에 의해 세워졌다. 그들은 Siam의 박해를 피해 페낭으로 왔다.
현재의 교회는 1860-61년 세워졌고, 1955년 바티칸 칙령에 의해 페낭교구(Cathedral fo the Diocese of Penang)가 되었다.
