내일 음식봉사의 종목은 "사골 떡국"입니다.
그곳 아이들과  떡국 한그릇이 라도 나눔을 할수 있다는 것이
우리에겐 큰 행복이네요~*

오늘 미리 준비 하면서 행복한 "사골떡국"을 만들어 봤습니다.



1. 우려놓은 사골육수에 무우, 양파, 대파, 대파뿌리를 넣고 30여분 더 우려낸후
간마늘, 간생강, 소금으로 살짝 밑간을 했어요.

2. 떡은 물에 담가 놓고, 양지는 1시간정도 삶은후 결대로 찢어서 진간장, 다진파, 깨소금, 훗추가루로
밑간 해 놓았습니다.

3. 계란지단은 흰자와 노른자를 불리한후 각각 만들고, 김은 구워 잘게 부수고, 대파를 썰어 놓고 준비완료~*^^*



마눌과 아이들에게 실험으로 떡국을 끓여 준다고 말하니깐~^^;;

다들 도망 갔습니다.!!~T,.T
