The easiest way to collect your boarding passes is to take a taxi or the MRT subway to MRT Chatuchak station.
Metro Mall is a shopping and service zone inside MRT Chatuchak station, and the ticket pickup point is located at the center of it.
The office hours are every day from 09:00 to 20:00 (9 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
You can not travel by PDF voucher. You need to check in at the 12Go counter to collect the boarding passes. Simply show your passport; you do not have to print anything.
The ticket will be available for picking up at the counter only 3 days prior to the departure date.
If you would like to collect the ticket more than 3 days before the departure date please contact our customer support to make an appointment.
