방콕에서 치앙마이로 가는 항공권을 타이스마일에서 끊었는데 취소하려고 환불되냐고 문의했더니

다음과 같은 답변이 왔습니다.  

Thank you for contacting us regarding your refund.

According to our current policy for the irregular incident from COVID-19, may we clarify to you that the cancellation and refund could not be made after the reservation has been confirmed due to your ticket terms and conditions.

Considering on a goodwill basis, we would like to offer you the alternative solution that we can proceed your full refund in a form of EMD.  You may retain the value of your fare in a credit account for your future travel with THAI Smile. Passenger shall issue the ticket within 1 year after EMD has been issued and may we request your confirmation by return email for further handling to be made properly.

May we take this opportunity to clarify that 1 year means you need to book a flight within 1 year, but your traveling date can be this year or next year. However, the passenger does not need to pay the changing fee but the fare difference is applied due to our terms and condition.

Please kindly let us know again if you accept our offering, so we will proceed with the EMD for you.
