안녕하세요. 현재 라오스에서 치앙마이로 오늘 오후 이동예정이에요~
한가지 궁금한게 있어서 질문합니다.

나콘차이에어버스 여행기간 한달전쯤 이미 예약해둔 상태인데 23일 오후 출발하는 차입니다. 알아보니 비행기표랑 얼마 차이안나서 비행기타려구 하는데 혹시 지금 환불 가능한가요?

환불 방법이랑 수수료 나오는거 아닐까요ㅠㅜ? 답변좀 부탁드립니다!!

환불은 가능하나 사실은 불가능하죠
규정이니 읽어보시고 판단하세요
10. Tickets can only be cancelled once they have been paid for.
10.1 Tickets can only be cancelled in person at our ticket office at the Nakhonchai Air Service Station. The ticket purchaser must be present in person with the same name as written on the ticket. The ticket purchaser must also provide a copy of their Thai National I.D. card, photocard driving license, or passport.
10.2 Fees for cancellation of tickets more than 24 hours before scheduled departure time are as follows:
10.2.1 Tickets without any previous amendments will receive a refund of 80% of the full ticket price.
10.2.2 Tickets that have been previously amended will receive a refund of 50% of the full ticket price.
10.3 Fees for cancellation of tickets between 3 to 24 hours before scheduled departure time are as follows:
10.3.1 Tickets without any previous amendments will receive a refund of 50% of the full ticket price.
10.3.2 Tickets that have been previously amended will receive a refund of 50% of the full ticket price.
10.4 Nakhonchai Air reserves the right to not issue refunds to cancellations made less than 3 hours before scheduled departure time.
