I am Berry, your dedicated contact during your stay at Mrs Jiraporn's property and will be glad to be hosting you from 2018-08-04 to 2018-08-07.


*** IMPORTANT NOTICE ***

15 Sukhumvit Residences is NOT a HOTEL but a PRIVATE HOME. AIRBNB is NOT seen very positively in Thailand so please do NEVER mention you are an Airbnb customer; you are Jiraporn’s friend.

You are requested to act ecologically during your stay, switching off air conditioner and lighting anytime you leave the apartment. Please also kindly note that SMOKING is permitted ONLY ON THE BALCONY.

Shower Gel, Shampoo, Hand-Wash and Detergent are available for free usage. However, please do not take the bottles with you when you leave the residence. They belong to the owner.

*** How to ACCESS the apartment - 3 OPTIONS ***

1- airport PICK-UP (recommended)
We will be glad to arrange a car or van pick-up to take you from the airport via a personal driver.
If you choose our airport pick-up service, simply fill the form through http://www.service.bnbcondo.com/checkin.php?booking=HMR9YZAHD8 so we can confirm the pick-up.

Please kindly inform us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival for airport pick-up booking.

2- TAXI / GRAB
. Ask them to head to Sukhumvit Soi 15
. Once you have entered inside Sukhumvit Soi 15, you will find a 7-Eleven just in front of 15 Sukhumvit Residences 350m on your left hand-side

3- PUBLIC Transportation
. Take the Airport Link until Phaya Thai station (terminus)
. Then connect to BTS Sky Train from Phaya Thai station to Nana Station (direction: Samrong)
. At BTS Nana, take Exit 3.
. Walk straight during 300m and turn left on Sukhumvit soi 15.
. Walk another 350m and you will find a 7-Eleven just in front of 15 Sukhumvit Residences on left hand-side


*** How to ACCESS into the Lobby ***

The easiest and smoothest way to check-in at my apartment is doing it the Self Check-in way.
(process will be similar for coming in again afterwards as lobby access is finger print registering and policies have changed in a way that it is only awarded to tenants with monthly up rentals)

2 options:
- Await that the lobby doors get opened by a tenant and get in at this time.
(15 Sukhumvit Residences is an extremely busy building and doors are opened extremelly regularly)
- Ask the Maintenance (located next to the car entrance and indicated by 'Control Room’ written on a white door) to open the door for you.
(Maintenance is open 24/7 and will open the door while you indicate your room number)


*** How to CHECK-IN – from 3:00 PM onwards ***

Once you are inside of the lobby, take the elevator (on your right hand-side) and head to the 14th floor. To enter in my apartment (unit 297):
1/ Put your palm (hand) on the door black screen
2/ Press on the 2 numbers that will show up
3/ Then Dial 29092909*


*** How to connect INTERNET ***

To access Internet, kindly connect by using:
- Wifi Name: room297
- Password: bnbcondo


*** FACILITIES ***

- Club House is located at the 7th floor.
- Fitness is located at the 8th floor
- Swimming-Pool is located at the 9th floor


*** DAILY CLEANING option ***

We propose a daily cleaning service that includes – besides getting a spotless home – new towels set, dishes washing and garbage clearing for 1,000 Baht/day.

Kindly inform us prior to your arrival for daily cleaning service booking.


*** How to CHECK-OUT – latest 12:00 PM ***

Upon check-out, make sure the apartment is clean and tidy as same as you found it.
You will simply have to switch all air-con and lights off and close the entrance door prior to departure.
