4월 19일 벨트래블(송크란축제) 관련 문의드립니다.
다름이아니라 어찌하다보니 송크란 축제기간에 방콕을가게되었는데요...
19일날 벨트래블을 이용하여 공항에서 파타야호텔로가려했었는데
예약하려고보니 이상한공지가 있어서요..ㅜ.ㅜ
영어가 짧다보니..ㅜ.ㅜ 해석해봤을때는 18일 오전 9시 이후부터 19일까지 서비스를 안한다는거같기도하고...아니면 파타야에서만 안한다는건지... 아리까리하네요..ㅜ.ㅜ
홈페이지에서 예약을해도되는것인지 좀알려주세요..ㅜ.ㅜ
운행이안되면 예약시간이안떠야할텐데 예약시간이 모두떠서요..ㅜ.ㅜ
유능하신분의 도움이 필요합니다...^^;;

Due to Songkran Festival
No Pick-up & Drop-off in Pattaya City
on April 18th and 19th, 2015
In Pattaya: On April 18th & 19th of every year, Pattaya city will celebrate Songkran Festival and all the major roads in Pattaya city will be closed so people can walk around and splash water all days. Therefore, all vehicles cannot access many roads which effected on our Pick-up and Drop-off services. As a result of that we cannot pick-up and drop-off passengers from and to your hotels on both days.
For advance booking via the website even though you have chosen hotel in Pattaya to be pick-up or drop-off, we kindly inform you that we cannot serve you on these dates.
In Bangkok: Some roads may be closed for Songkran Festival such as Silom road, Rajprasong Intersection etc. But we still can pick-up and drop-off at hotels in other areas as usual.
On April 18th, 2015 :
- We can only pick-up passengers for the departure time 06:00 am and 09:00 am.
On April 19th, 2015:
- No pick-up or Drop-off in Pattaya all day.
On both dates or during this week, we recommend all passengers to take an earlier coach in order to catch your flights as the traffic will be extremely jammed. It might take up to 3-5 hours or even longer between Pattaya and the airport.

During the holidays or long weekend, the traffic in Bangkok city, Pattaya city and
Hua Hin city or between cities will be really bad, then, please spare your time for a longer trip
than usual on the road so you will not miss your flights or activities.

2. February: 13-15 (Valentine’s Day),
18-22 (Chinese New Year)3. April: 1-5 (Qingming Festival), 6 (Chakri Memorial Day), 10-20 (Songkran Festival)
4. May: 1-5 (Labor Day & Coronation Day)
6. August: 12 (Mother Day)
7. October: 23-25 (Chulalongkorn Day)
8. November: 6-9 (Loy Krathong Festival)
9. December: 4-7 (Father’s Day), 10-13 (Constitution Day), 25-31 (Christmas & New Year)
And almost every Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at the end of each month, Thai people will be travelling to those cities.
Therefore, please plan your trip carefully and make sure that you spare some time for longer trip in case of traffic jam on the road.
