최근 에어아시아 관련 내용에 대해 너무 잔뜩 겁을먹고
취소하고 결심하였습니다.
제가 취소관련 메일을 받았는데 ... 혹시 해보신분있으면 도움 받고 싶어요
메일로 요청했고 메일 답변이 왔는데...결론은 취소가 된다는건지 , 안된다는건지
번역기를 아무리 돌려봐도 저 잘 이해가 안되서요 ㅠㅠ
Dear guest,
With regards to your refund request for booking number <SGTJXY> due to flight cancelation. We only can offer you refund under Korean Policy. Thus you are only entitle 70% refund due to flight departure less than 30 days from guest cancelation.
Please be informed that all guests who departing/arriving from/to Korea , once the payment of the booking is paid in any currency and the flight is departing/arriving from/to from Korea ,all guests are entitled to do a refund. The amount of money refund will be based on the duration of notification and confirmation before your departure date to us as below refer,
Kindly refer to the terms and conditions below ;
1. If the request is made 91 days and above before departure then will be 100 % refund,
2. If the request is made 90 to 61 days before departure then will be 90% refund.
3. If the request is made between 60 to 31 days before departure then will be 80% refund.
4. If the request is made less than 30 days to 3 hours before departure, it will be 70 % refund.
Appreciate it a lot if you could reconfirm on refund that you want us to process are apply on:
(a) All passenger or one of the passenger (please provide the passenger name).
(b) Both sector or one of the flight sector.

T&C for refund
1) Passenger never withdraw offer for refund
2) Refund process would take more than (XJ 30 working days) from submission date
3) Passenger opted refund method by (first payment )
