저는 귀사 BAYVIEW PARK HOTEL 에서
3일간 체류한 Mr YANG SooJin 입니다.
2006년 10월 31일 오전 10시경 체크아웃 하면서
셀폰을 418호실에 놓아두고 나왔습니다.
본인의 편지를 보내주셔야 돌려 주실수 있다는 통보를 받고
본 편지를 당시 호텔예약회사 예손여행사로 메일로 보내니
이 편지를 가지고 귀사를 방문하는 예손여행사 직원에게
셀폰을 주시면 대단히 감사 하겠습니다."

hello!! my name is Yang soo jin, i stayed in bayview park hotel , i checked out at 10 am ,october 31, 2006, my room number is 418,propably i left my cellphone in there when i was stayed there ,
i want get back my cellphone, i send email to yeson travel company that i reserved,
yeson travel company's worker will going to your hotel,

could you give worker my cellphone please ? you'll give worker my cellphon and then they'll give me my cellphone! that's worker means yeson travel company's worker

I stayed in room number XXX.
When I checked out from your hotel on about 10:00am October 31, 2006,
I may left my cellphone in the room by accident.
My cellphone model is Samsung C120, and I paid XXX Baht using Cash (or Credit card ending with XXXX).
My hotel payment receipt number is XXXXX.

If you have my cellphone in one of your "lost and found" items,
please pass it to employee of Yeson Travel Agency carrying this letter,
who was booking agent for my stay at your hotel.
Yeson Travel Agency will send my cellphone to me.
If you have any question, do not hesitate to contact me by calling +82 (South Korea) - 2 - 555-1212.
I appreciate your assistance regarding my cellphone lost,

달랑 편지 하나 들고 간다고, 호텔에서 함부로 물건 내주진 않을 겁니다. 그러니, 본인임을 확인하기 위한 정보를 적당히 집어 넣어 주어야겠죠.

이런 양식으로 쓰시면 될 겁니다.

위의 예에서 얼마를 현금(Cash) 또는 XXXX 번호로 끝나는 신용카드로 지불했다는 것은 호텔 숙박 요금을 말하는 겁니다. 그 정도면 본인이라는 걸 믿겠죠.
