Roles & Responsibilities:
Delivery of excellent customer service and managing the needs of the customers through our communication channels e,g, Telephone & Email
Understanding and delivering business plans and improving customer service through the execution of self-service
Meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
Identify work processes
Communicate to Team Leaders
Qualifications:
MUST have good command of spoken and written KOREAN Language plus the ability to speak and write in English would be preferred.
Perfect telephone manners and communication skills.
Excellent listening skills, critical-thinker with attention to detail.
Willing to work on rotating shifts
Ability to work in a team environment & individually
Natives preferable; minimum work experiences of 2 years + a Bachelor’s Degree is required for those who need to apply for work permit.
