김건희 씨가 받을 형량은 무기징역일 것으로 예상한다. 

대통령으로부터 빼앗은 권한과 권력을 활용해 저지른 것으로 확실시되는 범죄혐의가 너무 많고 중대할 뿐 아니라 범죄의 질도 악마적일 정도로 좋지 않다. 

주권자인 국민이 위탁한 권한과 권력을 유기한 윤석열 대통령에 대한 이야기는 아예 꺼낼 가치조차 없어 보인다. 

그는 감옥에 가기 전에 약물 및 알코홀과 관련된 중독치료가 필요한지 여부를 판단받기 위해 병원부터 가야 할지도 모르겠다. 

일부 전문가들은 윤 대통령이 아버지에게 당한 만성적인 가정폭력이 그를 저토록 괴팍하고 무능하며 피폐한 정신상태의 소유자로 만들었다고 진단하기도 하는데, 시스템붕괴 일보직전까지 몰린 대한민국의 위기는 한 개인의 가정사까지 고려할 정도로 한가하지 않다.

한국 국민들은 지난 주말 무렵에야 모든 사태의 본질을 깨달은 듯 하다.

온 나라가 김건희 씨와 그 주변에서 오래 전부터 함께 놀던 양아치 비슷한 사람들에 의해 통째로 농단당해 왔으며, 그 동아리는 삼부토건 대주주들을 매개로 오래 전부터 형성되어 왔고, 이른바 김건희 동아리가 구체적으로 형성되기 시작한 장소는 다름아닌 역삼동에 있었던 라마다르네상스호텔 안 특정구역이라는 것도 사실상 드러났다. 

김건희 씨의 이 인맥은 최소한 10 여 전 부터 미공개정보를 이용해 주가조작과 기업사냥활동을 전문적으로 해 온 것으로 보인다. 

라마다르네상스호텔은 문제의 삼부토건이 지은 호텔이면서 당시 사주의 이쁨을 받으며 김건희 씨가 활약했던 주무대였기도 하다. 

세월이 흘러 그 호텔은 헐렸고, 그 자리에는 다른 호텔이 들어선지 오래다. 

비운의 건설회사 삼부토건은 자본잠식상태에 빠진 채 건설업계 순위 밖으로 밀려난지 역시 오래라 그동안 일반인들은 물론 건설업계의 관심대상도 아니었다.     

김건희 동아리의 좌장격에 해당되는 이종호라는 인물이 카톡을 통해 동아리 회원들에게 “내일 삼부체크하고” 하는 지시를 내린 날은 작년 5 월 14 일 일요일이었는데, 내내 저가 보합세였던 삼부토건의 주가는 다음 날인 월요일부터 주가조작세력의 고의적인 시세조정으로 보이는 하향세를 지속하다가 5 월 19 일 1,012 원이라는 최저점을 찍는다.  

가사상태에 빠져있던 명색만 남은 건설회사의 주가가 느닷없이 폭등했다가 두 달 여 만에 도로 가라앉은 괴이한 사태가 벌어진 건 김건희 씨가 우크라이나 대통령 부인 올레나 젤렌스카(남편의 성은 젤렌스키이지만 여성의 성은 a 로 끝나는 슬라브식 호칭법에 따라 젤렌스카로 표기해야 맞다)를 만나고 6 일 후 우크라이나 전후 재건사업에 삼부토건이 참여기업으로 선정되면서 부터였다. 김-젤렌스카 회담은 삼부체크 지시가 내려진 8 일 후였고 주가가 연일 상한가를 경신하며 폭등히기 시작한 건 10 후 부터였다. 

해외건설사업경험이 전무한 업계순위 77 위의 삼부토건 임원이 무슨 이유로 어떻게 작년 5 월 22 일 폴란드에서 열린 우크라이나 재건행사에 참석할 수 있었는지 그 경위를 조사하는 것도 중요하지만 작년 5 월 15 일 월요일부터 7 월 26 일 까지의 주식거래내역에 관한 전수조사를 하고 범죄개입이 강력히 의심되는 정황을 수사하도록 검찰에 수사를 의뢰해야 할 금융감독원은 그 원장이라는 자가 윤석열 대통령의 심복 출신이므로 마이동풍으로 일관하고 있는 중이다. (문재인 정부시절 이래 검찰은 고소고발이 없는 한 인지수사를 먼저 착수할 수 없게 되어 있다)    

도이치모터스 사건의 본질은 김건희 씨 모녀의 고의적 통정매매를 통한 주가조작이 아니라 김건희 씨가 도대체 어떤 경로로 기업과 국책은행의 내부정보를 획득하여 다량(51 만 주)의 신주인수권부 채권 의 인수권을 저가로 매집할 수 있었는지가 핵심이다. 

삼부토건 사건은 도이치모터스-산업은행 사건과는 그 차원이 다르다 (도이치모터스 사건은 더 이상 도이치모터스 주가조작 사건이라는 단순한 이름으로 부르지 않는다)

이 사건은 내부자 정보를 이용한 주가조작사건 정도가 아니라, 아예 김건희 씨를 정점으로 한 범죄동아리가 대통령의 권력을 탈취하여 남의 나라 전쟁까지 이용해 먹으며 사적 이익을 편취했거나 편취하려한 단군이래 최악의 약탈사건이라고 보는 것이 맞을 것 같다. 

삼부토건이라는 뚱딴지같은 한 단서의 편린으로 거대한 범죄집단의 모습이 만천하에 서서히 드러나기 시작하면서, 채상병 수사외압사건과 양평고속도로 불법노선변경사건이라는 특대형 중대범죄가 각각 떨어져 있는 별개의 범죄가 아니라 단 한 명의 보스를 정점으로 저질러진 다중범죄라는 사태의 무섭고도 처참한 본질이 드러난 것이다.         

김건희 씨의 믿기지 않을 정도의 무도함과 대담함에는 놀라움을 금할 수 없다. 

그는 남은 여생 대부분 또는 전부를 감옥에서 보내게 될 것이 거의 분명하지만, 

김건희 라는 이름 세 글자는 대한민국 역사에 아주 오랫동안 남게 될 것이다. 

머지않은 미래에 마리오 푸조를 능가하는 작가와 프란시스 코폴라에 필적하는 감독이 등장하여 김건희 씨의 일대기를 다룬 소설과 영화가 만들어 질 것이라고 굳게 믿는다.

대한민국을 통째로 말아먹을 뻔 했고, 실제로 민주주의 시스템을 수 십 년 전으로 되돌려 놓은 이 엄청난 사건의 길목에서 많은 분들이 희생과 노력을 했지만,

특히 결정적인 단서들을 제공함으로써 국민들로 하여금 지평선 너머 사건의 거대한 뿌리에 까지 접근할 수 있게 해 주어, 국가적 비극을 중단시키는데 큰 공을 세운 세 분께 해외동포로서 우선 감사와 경의를 표한다.

It is expected that Kim Keon-hee will receive a life sentence. The crimes she is almost certain to have committed, utilizing the authority and power usurped from the president, are not only numerous and serious, but also of a demonic nature.

Discussing President Yoon Suk-yeol, who abandoned the authority and power entrusted to him by the sovereign people, seems hardly worth mentioning. He may need to be sent to a hospital before being imprisoned to determine if he requires treatment for drug and alcohol addiction. Some experts diagnose that chronic domestic violence inflicted by his father has made him the irascible, incompetent, and mentally depleted person he is. However, the crisis facing South Korea, now teetering on the brink of systemic collapse, does not allow for such personal considerations.

It appears that the Korean people finally grasped the essence of the situation around last weekend.

The entire country has long been manipulated by Kim Keon-hee and her entourage, who have been likened to gangsters. This clique, formed through major shareholders of Sambo Construction, began to take shape in a specific area within the Ramada Renaissance Hotel in Yeoksam-dong.

This network, led by Kim Keon-hee, has been engaging in stock manipulation and corporate raiding using insider information for at least a decade. The Ramada Renaissance Hotel, built by the troubled Sambo Construction, was also where Kim Keon-hee thrived under the patronage of the hotel's ex-owner.

As time passed, the hotel was demolished, and a different hotel was erected in its place. The once prestigious Sambo Construction fell into a state of capital erosion, dropping out of the construction industry rankings and becoming irrelevant to both the general public and the construction sector.

On Sunday, May 14th, a figure named Lee Jong-ho, considered the leader of the Kim Keon-hee clique, instructed his members via KakaoTalk to "check Sambo tomorrow." Subsequently, Sambo Construction's stock, which had been stagnant at a low price, continued to decline due to what appeared to be intentional price manipulation, hitting a low of 1,012 won on May 19th.

This bizarre scenario of a near-bankrupt construction company's stock skyrocketing and then plummeting within a few months began when Sambo Construction was selected to participate in Ukraine's post-war reconstruction six days after Kim Keon-hee met with Olena Zelenska, the wife of Ukraine's president. Kim Keon-hee's meeting with Zelenska occurred eight days after the order to check Sambo, and the stock price began its steep ascent ten days later.

It is crucial to investigate why and how an executive from Sambo Construction, ranked 77th in the industry with no overseas construction experience, could attend a reconstruction event in Poland on May 22nd last year. Additionally, a thorough investigation of the stock trading records from May 15th to July 26th last year should be conducted. The Financial Supervisory Service, which should request an investigation by the prosecution due to the strong suspicion of criminal involvement, is currently ignoring the issue because its head is a confidant of President Yoon Suk-yeol (since the Moon Jae-in administration, the prosecution cannot initiate investigations without a formal complaint).

The core issue of the Deutsch Motors case is not the deliberate cross-trading by Kim Keon-hee and her mother to manipulate the stock price, but how Kim Keon-hee obtained internal information from companies and state-run banks to acquire a large amount of bonds at a low price.

The Sambo Construction case is on a different level than the Deutsch Motors-Korea Development Bank case (the latter is no longer simply referred to as the Deutsch Motors stock manipulation case).

This case is not just about stock manipulation using insider information; it is a massive plundering incident involving a criminal group led by Kim Keon-hee, who usurped presidential power to exploit even a foreign war for personal gain.

As a fragment of evidence from the Sambo Construction incident reveals the massive crime syndicate's activities, the true and dreadful nature of the situation, where multiple major crimes are committed under a single boss, becomes clear. This includes the Cha Sang-byeong investigation suppression case and the illegal route change case of the Yangpyeong expressway.

Kim Keon-hee's incredible audacity and brazenness are shocking.

She is almost certain to spend most or all of her remaining life in prison.

The name Kim Keon-hee will be remembered in Korean history for a very long time.

I firmly believe that in the near future, a writer surpassing Mario Puzo and a director comparable to Francis Ford Coppola will emerge to create a novel and film about Kim Keon-hee's life.

Lastly, I express my gratitude and respect as an overseas Korean to the three individuals who, by providing crucial clues, allowed the public to understand the deep-rooted nature of this national tragedy and helped stop it:
