96년 필리핀여행시에...
마닐라에서 민다나오의 '카가엔 데 오로'까지 2박3일간 유람선으로
여행하면서 만났던 아름다운 방송국 기자에게 보낸 편지를
아주오래전의 컴퓨터 하드에서 찾아내었네요...
서투른 영어로, 콩글리쉬로 답을 보낸 영어를 읽어보니 감회가 새롭네요..

마닐라의 더운밤...혼자서 십년후(Ten years later)라는 카페에서 위스키 2잔
주문하고,케롤킹의 하드락 카페를 신청하고....보낸 그 때가 갑자기 생각나네요.

ㅎㅎ 오랜만에 필리핀 가고 싶네요..

I was delighted when I saw your postcard at the door.
I could remember the ship "princess of paradise" and your kindness.
My travel was so good in the Philippines.

I went back to the Banawe, Cagayan de Oro, Aritao and Manila city.
Especially, the experience of listening to the music at the cafe "Ten years
later" in the Manila city was good.
I ordered two glasses of "Whisky on the rock", and I requested music "Hard
rock cafe"(Carol King). They played a CD on the machine.
Yes!! It was Perfect. I can't forget that night!

I want to go back to the Philippines again.

Alma! Hope to hear you again
