BANGKOK, July 7 (TNA) - Thailand's six Andaman Sea coastal provinces conducted tsunami warning and evacuation drills on Monday.
태국의 안다만 연안의 6개 주에서 월요일 해일 경고와 대피훈련을 실시 하였다
On the tourist resort island of Phuket, evacuation drills were conducted in 19 locations and large numbers of local residents, students and visitors joined the event, presided over by Deputy Prime Minister Suwit Khunkitti.
푸켓섬 관광리조트에서 Suwit Khunkitti 장관서리의 주관한 이번 행사에 19개 지역에서 많은 수의 주역주민, 학생과 방문객이 참여하여 대피 훈련을 실시 했다
In Phangnga, rescue workers and villagers in Takua Pha district joined the mock drill.

However, Moken sea gypsies from Ban Tabtawan rejected participation in the exercise, saying they are disgruntled that they were evicted from their living place and no authorities have since helped them.

BANGKOK, July 7 (TNA) - Thousands of demonstrators calling for government action to follow through with prosecutions of former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra and his associates rallied at the Royal Thai Police Headquarters in one of the capital's busiest roads Monday to denounce senior police officers and the current government allegedly acting in favour of the ousted premier.
