Business activities falling in categories A & B are generally
closed to foreigners.
아래의 A와 B범주에 속하는 사업활동들은 일반적으로
외국인들에게 제한되어있다.
Under category C you must obtain a permit prior to
commencing business.
C범주하에서, 당신은 사업개시에 앞서 허가를 받아야한다.
Businesses outside these categories are exempt.
이 범주외의 사업들은 제외된다.
The Ministry of Commerce will also help applications of
non trading offices.
태국상공부는 또한 비취급업무의 적용에 도움을 줄 것이다.
Category A: 1.Agriculture: rice farming; salt farming.
농업 : 쌀재배, 제염업
Commercial Business: Internal trade in local
agriculture products, Land trade.
상업사업 : 특정장소의 농산물의 국내거래, 토지거래
Service business: Accounting, farming animals,
architecture, advertising, brokerage, auctioning,
Barber, hair dressing & beautician.
서비스사업 : 회계, 축산업, 건축, 광고, 중개업, 경매업,
이용업, 미용업.
Building industry. 빌딩사업.
Category B . 1. Agriculture Business: orchids, cultivation,
animal husbandry including silk worm raising,
timbering, fishing.
농산업 : 난초(orchid)재배업, 경작업, 잠업, 벌목업, 어획
에 관련된 축산업.
2. Industrial & Handicraft: Rice milling, Flour making,
sugar, alcohol & non alcohol drinks, Ice cream,
Pharmaceutical manufacturing, cold storage, timber,
gold, silver and inlaid stone, wood carving, lacquer-
ware, match making, cement etc, Dynamiting
rocks, Manufacturing garments & shoes, Printing,
newspaper publishing, silk weaving or silk printing,
manufacture of finished products in silk.
수공업 : 쌀제분, 밀가루제분, 설탕, 알코올&비알코올 음
료, 아이스크림, 약제, 냉장보관, 목재, 금, 은
그리고 상감석(inlaid stone), 목조각, 칠기
(lacquer-ware), 성냥제조, 시멘트 기타등등.
암석 다이나마이트폭발, 의류 & 신발제조, 인
쇄업, 신문발행, 비단직조, 비단인쇄, 비단 관
련된 완성품제조.
3. Commercial: all retailing not in category C. Or
trading not in Category C, selling food and
drinks, trading of antiques & fine arts.
상업 : C범주[허가업종]에 없거나 비취급 모든 소매업,
음식과 음료판매, 골동품 & 미술품 취급 .
4 Service Industry: Tour agency, Hotels except Hotel
management, photography, laundering, dress
making and service jobs.
서비스 업종 : 관광대행업, 호텔경영을 제외한 호텔관
련업, 사진촬영, 세탁, 양재(재봉)업..
5. Land, water & ie. transport. 토지, 물, 그리고 운송
Category C . You are allowed to do the following.
다음의 경우, 허가될 수 있다.
Exporting, all wholesale trades not in A & B.
수출업, A & B범주에 없는 모든 도매업.
retaling machinery, equipment & tools, selling food,
beverages that promote tourism.
기계, 장비, 공구 소매, 관광업촉진을 위한 음식, 음료판매
Industrial & handicraft Business: manufacturing
animal feeds, vegetable oil extraction,
수공업 : 동물사료제조, 식물기름추출
textile manufacturing, dyeing, fabric printing, glass
ware manufacturing,
섬유제조, 염색, 직물인쇄, 유리그릇제조,
making plates and bowls, stationary & printing paper,
rock salt mining, mining.
접시, 그릇(사발), 문구류, 인쇄용지, 암염채광
Service: anything not in A or B.
