These info below can help you.
To apply for work permit in Vietnam
1.Letter of application (Form No. 3) or letter of appointment by overseas BOM
2.CV (Form No. 4)
3.Copy of bachelors degree (or higher diploma): the copy must be certified by Consulate General + consular legalized + translated to Vietnamese by Notary Public
4.Medical certificate issued by one of these clinics:
- Bệnh viện Chợ Rẫy;
- Colombia General hospital;
- Thong Nhat General Hospital;
- FV Hospital;
- Oscat/AEA Clinic.
Validation of medical certificate: 06 months
5.Judicial records issued by a competent authority in the expatriate's country (if the expatriate has lived in Vietnam for < 6 months) and issued by Sở Tư Phap (if the expatriate has lived in Vietnam for > 6 months).
Judicial records issued in foreign countries must be certified by Consulate General + consular legalized + translated to Vietnamese by Notary Public
In order to apply for judicial records at So Tu Phap, the expatriate must provide:
02 Certified copies of passport & visa
Attestation of provisional residence, issued by local police
Application form (Form No.2/TP/LLTP1)
6.04 color photos (bareheaded, front side, clear face & ears, without eye-glasses, & taken not more than 01 year ago)
