My hotel(?) has computers but they don't support Korean.
I found a way how to read Korean.... It takes about 30-40 minutes. -.-a
You can find a file in MS download website.

After install, click exploere menu
 View - Encoding - More - Korean

ps. I tried to upload file but I failed.
Click MS web site and search "Korean language pack"
